Let's Get Ready for Fall!

Dear Musical Families,

We hope you're still enjoying this beautiful hot July here in East Tennessee! We are excited to sing and play with you again soon!

A lot is happening behind the scenes at MTwG! Because of several early inquiries about our classes—no doubt due to Oak Ridge Schools' early bird schedule—registration for fall officially opens at 7:00am - August 3rd. We want to be singing and dancing with you when the weather cools this fall so hop on board today! If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Glenda at the phone number link below.

For your calendar: Classes begin September 8th, include one week of fall break (October 5 - 10), and end the week before Thanksgiving. If there are any days or times that you need to bring a sibling who is out of school, that is always fine! And remember you can make up any classes you need to miss for any reason. If you enrolled at any time during the past year, priority seating is available! Please text Ms. Glenda your desired class time/day to grab your seats before registration opens Monday.

How to Register:

Go to either the "Class Schedule" or "Registration" page to get started. If you aren't sure which class you prefer, I would suggest starting with the "Class Schedule" page.
Payment options are flexible. Check, Zelle 724-584-5363, or cash payments are preferred. You may make payment at your first class if paying in cash or mail a check. (Please select 'Pay Later' at checkout.) Other options include Pay-pal or credit card as you are checking out online, or Venmo @mtwithglenda.

Things to Keep in Mind:

NEW: Choose Pay Later at checkout to reserve your seat with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 5 weeks later. We'll email you a payment link for the deposit. Once it's received, your enrollment will be confirmed.
We will ensure that all classes meet minimum enrollment by week 3 before running the class.
You may be contacted regarding your second choice in the event of a full or an under-enrolled class.
